All bookings made on your behalf are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the individual suppliers, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, and cruise lines. We strongly recommend reviewing all supplier terms before confirming any booking.

3. Planning and Consulting Fees

Some services require a non-refundable planning or consulting fee collected prior to the commencement of research and planning. This fee covers the advisor's time and expertise and is not applied toward any travel costs. Fees are disclosed and agreed upon before any work begins.

4. Payments and Deposits

Payment terms vary by supplier and will be communicated clearly at the time of booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable and final payment deadlines vary. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made by the required dates. Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. is not responsible for cancelled bookings resulting from missed payment deadlines.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations are subject to the individual supplier's cancellation policy, which may result in partial or full forfeiture of funds paid. Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. does not issue refunds on behalf of suppliers. Any refunds due are processed by the supplier directly according to their stated policy. Planning fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and travel delays. Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. is not responsible for losses incurred due to trip interruption, cancellation, medical events, or other unforeseen circumstances for which travel insurance would provide coverage. Declining travel insurance is done at your own risk.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, hotels, tours, and travel requirements. However, travel conditions, entry requirements, visa regulations, health advisories, and supplier offerings can change without notice. It is your responsibility to verify current entry requirements, passport validity, and any visa or health documentation required for your destination prior to departure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. acts as an agent on your behalf in making travel arrangements with third-party suppliers. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to any act or omission of any supplier or third party. This includes but is not limited to hotel accommodations, airlines, tour operators, transportation companies, and cruise lines. Our liability is limited to the planning fees paid directly to Luxe Latitudes Travel Co.

9. Force Majeure

Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, acts of war or terrorism, labor disputes, or weather events. In such circumstances we will make every effort to assist you in recovering costs or rebooking travel where possible, but cannot guarantee outcomes.

10. Passport and Documentation

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that all members of your travel party hold valid travel documentation including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. Passports should generally be valid for at least six months beyond your return travel date. Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to inadequate or expired documentation.

11. Health and Medical

It is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider regarding any recommended or required vaccinations, medications, or health precautions for your destination. Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. does not provide medical advice and is not responsible for any health-related issues arising during travel.

12. Privacy

Any personal information you provide to Luxe Latitudes Travel Co. is used solely for the purpose of planning and booking your travel.
